Our partnership allows us to align and influence the core value proposition for Workday while directly supporting our workmates.About the RoleWe are looking for a Sr. Associate Business System Analyst to join our WOW Finance team. In this role, you will be working closely with our Finance teams to drive designing solutioning around process and system improvements that will help enable the finance organization and drive scale business outcomes and value. This role will provide functional and technical mentorship, be hands on, respond to reporting /analytics requests, provide project management, build and manage various integrations, and work independently but closely with the functional financial business partners.The Sr. Associate Business System Analyst will participate in analyzing business problems and recommending solutions that improve automation , efficiency and drive measurable value . This will involve evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet the strategic needs of the business and help derive indicated business outcomes . The Sr. Associate Business System Analyst will be responsible for ensuring successful maintenance and configuration of new Workday solutions, including redesigning existing features, while also understanding and recommending the optimized approach for implementing new featuresResponsibilities:Work closely with business partners to understand business processes, goals and gapDrive the planning, prioritization, design, development, and deployment of new projects & system improvementsResponsible for understanding business requirements, independently be able to configure the Workday Financials product, advice best practices, driving solutions  and documenting, as neededLeverage business knowledge and expertise to find opportunities for process improvementsParticipate in the change management and launch support processes of any new and modification of existing configurationFacilitate review sessions with functional owners, domain experts and end-user representativesCoordinate and perform system testing to ensure requirements are met Assist project team during user acceptance testing (UAT); including tracking issues through to resolution and securing end user acceptance sign off.Be able to track projects and provide updates using an internal ticketing systemAbout YouSkills/Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting (or related field) or equivalent experience required2+ years of directly related experience working with financial operation in IT, financials operations, or implementing/administering the Workday Financial (or similar) application.Understanding of the contracts to cash and revenue business processes and their inter-dependencies – especially record to reportSales Force  CPQ and CLM product knowledge desirable Ability to help define team processes, make recommendations regarding areas of improvement.Experience detailing and analyzing processes, procedures, and/or policies.Ability to learn and adopt new technologies, applications, and solutions. Ability to take takeaways and share with others to improve the overall skill of the team.Ability to understand common issues and mentor others to drive work down to the most appropriate level of support.Self-motivated, flexible, teammate with validated multi-tasking, time management & organizationInterpersonal, teamwork, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Previous consulting experience either as a consultant with a consulting company or an internal consultant, is a plusWorkday Finance experience is highly desirableYou love to have fun while delivering innovative solutions!Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
