You will help to accelerate the exciting growth of digital agency partnerships by contributing your experience and knowledge of digital agencies and sales / partner management. Responsibilities range from acquiring and upskilling new partners to driving sales pipeline and assisting in closing revenue that's generated through your channel relationships. Building long term collaborations both internally and externally is a key aspect of the role, as is championing partner account adoption, expansion, and retention.The day to dayIdentify, source, and develop growth strategies to increase agency partners’ book of business for EMEA.Drive and grow business objectives of opportunity generation and revenue.Build multiple champions at agencies, including at the senior level, and understand their business strategy, organisational structure, and go-to-market focus. Become their trusted advisor and advocate for our partners’ needs internally.Work closely with agency partners to ensure that we are selling the most effective way.Building, maintaining, and driving opportunity pipeline through agency partner referrals.Supporting existing agency partners and their end clients to include proposals, RFIs/RFPs, and training sessions.Be responsible for your business and forecasting accurately through effective use of Salesforce.com.Following WP Engine’s consultative sales process. Working closely cross functionally with other sales teams.Regularly provide timely and accurate project/deal updates to management and executives.Working in collaboration with your technical peers to deliver training and enablement to partners.Building out co-selling / co-marketing material and initiatives with your top strategic agencies. Your expertise and passion:Validated sales track record working for a digital agency and/or proficient in acquiring, on-boarding, engaging and accelerating partners (ideally digital agencies) within the marketing technologies space.Cloud, DXP and CMS proficiency (a plus). Possess knowledge of cloud based SaaS and Digital Experience Platforms as well as Content Management Systems.Passionate.
