About the Role: We are seeking an individual with strong sales and business development skills to join our team and take on the responsibility of managing and growing our system integrator (SI) and consulting partnerships. The ideal candidate for this role should be an ambitious self-starter with a strong track record of success in developing and managing relationships with SI and consulting partners. You must also possess the ability to successfully identify potential partners, negotiate and close complex deals, and remain up to date on market trends. Additionally, you should be comfortable working with various functions including marketing, engineering, and operations teams to ensure successful execution. To be successful in this role you need 6+ years experience in a similar role, with a verifiable record of success within the data/analytics/martech space.  You must also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and tactically. What you'll do: Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and evaluate potential SI and consulting partners aligned with the company's business objectives. Develop and nurture strategic alliances to enhance the company's product offerings and market presence. Alliance Management: Lead the end-to-end management of SI and consulting partnerships, including contract negotiations, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management. Ensure effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and SI and consulting partners. Revenue Generation: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create joint go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth through SI and consulting partnerships. Track and report on key performance indicators related to revenue generated through SI and consulting alliances. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential threats. Provide regular market intelligence updates to internal stakeholders. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders at partners, fostering a collaborative and mutually beneficial environment. Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of experience in SI and consulting alliance management or a related field. Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships. Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Customer Data Platforms and the role of SI and consulting within the ecosystem. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with a focus on creating mutually beneficial agreements. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for business growth through partnerships. Results-Driven: Proven ability to set and achieve ambitious targets and key performance indicators related to alliance management. Collaboration: A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external partners. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience. Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range from $175,000 - $210,000. When determining base pay as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
