About the Team We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workplace Experience Manager to join our team and provide essential support to our organization. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our offices. Role Responsibilities: Leads Workplace Experience team in India overseeing India locations to deliver high touch workplace concierge experiences for Opendoor employees and guests Responsible for building strategic hub offices in Hyderabad and Bengaluru from the ground up; expand Chennai office in support of business growth Builds meaningful lasting relationships with employees and guests for intuitive, concierge services, anticipating needs or concerns to exceed customer expectations  Heavily collaborates and partners with US Workplace team to deliver similar high touch workplace experiences across OD locations Build and lead Workplace Experience team in India to focus on customer service, partners with leaders, cross collaborate with different functions to create and deliver employee engagement and services strategy inclusive of all activities for transportation, janitorial, lobby management, events, move coordination, food programs, and all other employee experience services/programs Lead and oversee daily operations of hub offices; conducts routine walkthroughs and assessments of workplace and services to ensure compliance, policies and regulations, spaces are clean/safe for employees, performance metrics to provide flawless execution, drive continuous improvement  and consistent delivery of experiences across all Opendoor locations Owns, plans, manages and executes department, hub and country projects/initiatives/events while overseeing budget and monitoring spend Effective contract negotiations and owns vendor relations key to the hub offices; obtains quotes for services/products necessary to keep things running smoothly and provide a healthy safe environment Maintains a current headcount by department and utilizes space planning software/documents to manage department location and growth Maintains a positive working relationship with Landlord/Property Management team proactively communicating any issues/concerns that arise  Partners with Physical Security to roll out a health/safety program for their hub Partners with key stakeholders to draft and update Global Workplace policies and procedures companywide and by location Skills Needed: Minimum of 8 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree; prior relevant experience in hospitality, facility/property management, building operations and/or knowledge of commercial real estate Experience in building out an office from the ground up in India Strong executive presence with an ability to communicate with and effectively influence senior leaders Experience with contract development, administration, and invoicing Experience selecting, developing, and managing providers for transportation, food program, recreation set up, lobby engagement, janitorial services, events and meetings planning Ability to bring strategic insights to an operation that drive improved performance Excellent organizational and partnership skills #LI-Onsite #LI-RJ1 More About Us To learn how we are reinventing the Real Estate industry check out  our website , to hear about our culture directly from team members visit  The Muse  and to discover what we are building for our customers read our  blog posts .
