Staff Program Manager

Iterative Health is pioneering the use of artificial intelligence-based precision medicine in gastroenterology, with the aim of helping to optimize clinical trials investigating the treatment of IBD. We use advanced machine learning and computer vision to interpret endoscopic videos along with other types of data, helping clinicians better assess patients with potential GI problems. Ultimately, the company aims to establish more meaningful endpoints to serve as better predictors of both therapeutic response and disease outcomes. This role will support the success of our Clinical Trial Optimization product. You will work with our Life Sciences, Network Expansion, Professional Services and Technical teams to ensure cross functional alignment to overall program objectives and successful delivery of the program.  What you'll be doing: Help ensure work is aligned with organization strategy and product strategy, including monitoring and reporting on KPIs Be the Air Traffic Controller for the Clinical Trial Optimization product, proactively identifying risks and gaps that would impede program success Be a thought partner to the CEO, Chief of Staff and functional team leaders to develop and manage project goals, timelines, and strategy and facilitate decision making Track key project and team milestones, and facilitate key decision-making, ensuring timely completion Establish communication cadences and mechanisms to keep the organization and teams informed of program progress  Effectively communicate and document the status and timelines of projects to key stakeholders and manage cross-functional dependencies to deliver business objectives on time Run rituals for the program team including cross functional syncs. Required skills: Collaborative, with an ability to build strong partnerships with multidisciplinary teams and leadership and foster collaboration during design and delivery of programs.
