About the role: Demandbase has launched the first and only complete B2B go-to-market suite, and a robust partner ecosystem is foundational to its success.  The Partner Enablement Manager is responsible for the onboarding and ongoing enablement of Demandbase’s partner network, ensuring our partner understands Demandbase solutions and the problems we solve for our shared customers. We seek an ambitious business professional with a demonstrated track record of success in hitting revenue and partnership targets.  Direct experience with SaaS solutions, B2B marketing technology and services, and display advertising is preferred.  The base compensation range for this role, not including the bonus, is: $125,386 - $157,694. What you’ll be doing: The Partner Enablement Manager owns partner communications, content, and events to drive results for our partner ecosystem. More specifically: Possesses and maintains all Partner Academy resources, courses, certificates, and one-pagers Builds segmented lists and manages Partner communications using Marketo. Executes engaging Partner Office Hours and in-person events that offer a mix of product and program knowledge.  Equips our partners with competitive intelligence and integration knowledge using one-pagers, battle cards, and setting up demo environments. Enables Partner Managers by developing our live enablement talk tracks (i.e., partner lunch and learns) Collaborates with the Partner Marketing, Product, Sales, and Support teams to create content for our monthly partner newsletter. Collaborate with product marketing to develop content that cements the Demandbase as an industry leader. Contributes to constant content production that drives Partners to the Partner Portal and Partner Academy. Continuously evaluate our partner program and tier benefits to see how we can provide more opportunities for partners. What we’re looking for: 5+ years of professional enablement experience at a software company, preferably with responsibility for partner enablement. Demonstrated ability to build and execute an enablement program from the ground up Demonstrated ability to navigate a fast-moving organization internally and establish strong working relationships with counterparts on other teams at Demandbase. Demonstrated track record of success hitting revenue and / or partnership targets. Independent, driven, and self-sufficient.  You should be comfortable with ambiguity and need little prescribed direction, only coaching and mentorship. Even better if you also have: 5+ years of customer-facing experience in the marketing technology industry. In-depth knowledge of SaaS and digital advertising solutions for B2B marketers. Direct experience building and growing technology and channel partnerships.
