Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. Summer 2024 General Internship Application   This internship is a part of a 10-week summer internship program opportunity. This role will be based at Archer’s headquarters in San Jose, California and relocation or housing will not be provided.  What You’ll Do: Archer is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join various teams within Archer. This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in various aspects of our operations which may include Finance, People Operations, Supply Chain, Legal or Airline Operations.  Manage project logistics and implementation, as needed Collect and analyze data to identify trends, track key performance indicators, and provide insights for project optimization Leverage data insights to make thoughtful decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reduction Work to accomplish objectives strategically and efficiently Communicate frequent updates to key stakeholders and Archer leaders on progress and barriers to success What You Need: Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Finance, People Operations, Supply Chain, Legal or Operations, or a related field at an accredited university, preferably a Junior going into your Senior year Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Clear, concise and confident communicator Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Results focused  Aligned with Archer’s core values  Please note that this job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and does not include an exhaustive list of responsibilities and qualifications At Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
