Our team is looking for a Software Manager to help lead the development of UI frameworks that will drive the next generation of interactive experiences for our platform. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create software that directly impacts the way developers and customers interact with our products. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Experience delivering and supporting developer-facing UI frameworks Passion for both technical and people leadership Motivation and ability to quickly learn new domains and technical skillsets as needed Experience with SwiftUI, UIKit, or other UI frameworks (AppKit, React, etc.) Proficiency with Swift or Objective-C Proven ability to hire, retain, and develop top engineering talent Excellent written and verbal communication skills Description Description The Vision Products Group (VPG) is looking to hire a technical engineering manager to help lead the development of UI Frameworks that power apps on Apple Vision Pro. You will be expected to be a hand-ons technical leader who cares about your team. You will have the opportunity to drive and shape the future of developing applications on Apple Vision Pro. You will drive the full life cycle of feature development from prototypes through to shipping in visionOS. You care deeply about API. Strong problem solving skills and effective communication are critical for success in this role. Education & Experience Education & Experience BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent degree or equivalent experience and at least 5 years of relevant industry experience Additional Requirements Additional Requirements Bonus: visionOS, iOS, or macOS development experience Pay & Benefits Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $183,400 and $316,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
