The Opportunity We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to complete projects and programs within the Workfront product team. This position will drive the execution and program oversite for new features, functionalities, and capabilities within the Workfront product.What you'll do Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, UX and business partners to complete Workfront’s product strategies.Create and track all aspects of a program, including: detailed project plans and milestones, resource allocations, risks/issues remediation, status reporting, budget management, and is the “go to” person for details & status of the project.Maintain a deep, technical end-to-end understanding of the solution being built, its upstream and downstream dependencies and impacts, and proliferate the awareness and required changes needed to support the initiative.Be seen as a subject matter authority, and can cover for any other role in the meeting: Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, QA, etc. You will have a firm understanding of the business goals, and find creative solutions for engineering problems yielding the fastest time to market.Is responsible for multiple concurrent projects and programs; varying in size/scope/complexity, spanning across several different teams and orgs.Participates with management teams in creating materials and models used for quarterly and annual recasting of initiatives and priorities.Creating material(s) that can be consumed at various levels of the organization – from executive-level presentations, to finite-level materials to be consumed by project/program teams.Proactively identifies risks in all assigned areas; work with teams and management to mitigate these risks before they become issues.Actively engage and influence people at all levels: from front-line team members to VPs, communicating continuously to partners throughout the organization, including C-level executives.Understand and bring clarity to complex technical challenges, and successfully articulate and navigate through options that deliver the best customer experienceBe steadfast in the pursuit of delivery excellence; ensure ALL project/program team members have clear line of sight on the goals, expectations, and success criteria, and are setting the table to ensure success.What you need to succeed Very organized with outstanding attention to detail; understands the what, why, when, how and who to drive better solutions.Self-starter w/ 7+ years of project/program management experience on large scale initiatives; background in business process management and PMO-best practices a strong plusWorking industry knowledge of B2B (SMB + Enterprise) software licensing, deployment, management, and administration (from both the provider and customer POV).Experience in an always-on, services based infrastructure/architecture, ensuring seamless customer experiences; scaled to address future demandsWorking amongst contending priorities and challenging schedules to get your project across the finish line in a mode that brings value to team members inside and outside Adobe.Must know their audience; be comfortable addressing everyone from C-level to the Individual Contributor assigned to the project/program; must be able to influence, and have data-driven conversations.Be able to work well across organizations in a matrixed; globally-diverse workforceProven knowledge of the Scrum methodologyFamiliarity with industry terminology (Marketing, PLG)Familiarity with compliance (PII, usability, GDPR, data retention and usage, security practices, SDLC constructs, etc.)Experience with applications such as Workfront, Jira, or other workload (Backlog) management tools requiredBachelor's degree / 8+ years of dynamic experienceOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $118,500 -- $212,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
