We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to help us define, build, execute and launch our Robotics/AI solution. In this role, you'll join the robotics engineering team whose focus is on building the robotics platform to bring AI to autonomous machines. Within an engineering team, this role encompasses tracking dependencies across teams, planning the deliverables. This role will work closely with software development engineers, hardware engineers, engineering managers, and product managers to connect the dots, define processes, and run schedules.What You Will Be Doing:Drive technical programs from requirements through launch, including running complex project schedules, removing roadblocks, and keeping processes running efficiently.Partner closely with Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Program Management teams to define, prioritize, and implement features, infrastructure, processes, and workflows.As the focal point, schedule and lead status meetings, handle communication of progress/status within/across engineering teams, and supervise critical issues.Lead and improve existing product development and software release processes (PLC), and collaborate with engineering and product management leaders to refine the workflows to improve efficiencies.What We Need To See:Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, related field or equivalent experience8+ years of experience developing and leading complex software projects.Strong track record of being well organized, have excellent listening skills, and being meticulous; in an environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements.Ability to think long-term and to build consensus to make programs successful.Detailed knowledge of software engineering principles.Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd:Experience with modern programming language or simulation tools (like Unity 3D or Omniverse) or Robotics SDKs (like ROS)Experience with Agile tools and processes.PM Certification/training and/or MBA from a leading school.Prior experience working in the following areas: Autonomous Vehicles, Robotics, Embedded system and Data Center productGood knowledge of automotive safety (ISO26262) standards, PLC processes/compliance, and prior experience in this area.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
