You will work on the architecture, design and implementation of our next generation Server Software and Tools used by OEM and ODM partners to ensure servers built on NVIDIA GPUs, CPUs, and DPUs are Cloud or Datacenter ready.Join us at the forefront of technological advancement.What you’ll be doing:Own and drive Firmware readiness within NVIDIA and across the ecosystem for MGX product lines. Responsible for delivering Firmware for Scalable systems using MGX architecture to internal and external customers.Collaborate with engineering organizations across the org to build a roadmap and release plan by capturing requirements, helping prioritization, scheduling and planning for all phases of the product life cycle and ensure it is delivered on time with quality.Develop and track milestones and schedule commitments from multiple teams working together on firmware.Build and maintain dashboards to track quality metrics.Work with various IBV vendors, OEM/ODMs for their firmware readiness for MGX product lines.Communicate status in readiness, identify risk and work with management to mitigate risks. Represent the server manageability team in various cross functional meetings with Software, Hardware, Operations, QA, Diagnostics, support and Solutions teams for MGX.You will bring in execution excellence for the team to excel in their day to day activities.Work with a team to ensure proper SDLC process is followed for all phases of product development, from product definition and architecture and design, through implementation, debugging, testing and early customer support..What we need to see:BS, EE or CS or equivalent experience12+ years of experience.Must have hands-on experience with firmware development and process specifically for BMC/SBIOS development.Being thorough and ability to multitask is important.Expert in using project management tools like Jira or equivalent.Experience working with Cloud Server Providers and OEMs and ODMs. Experience influencing decisions and leading teams in a matrix environment.Enthusiastic, responsive and passionate about finding opportunities for process improvement.Ability to think strategically and tactically and to build consensus to make programs successful.
