Come join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world.What you’ll be doing: We are looking for a Program Manager to support Developer Relations Operations - an individual with a strong desire for standardizing procedures, reporting, and engaging with our Developer Relations organization!Reporting to the Sr. Operations Manager, this role will engage with Developer Relations Managers to identify tracking requirements for DevRels and their stakeholders, contribute to plans for efficient reporting, document and communicate, and drive collection of data as needed. Build and develop relationships with internal teams, understand the data and reports they need from Developer Relations Management teams, as well as the data they have to offer, which might enable DevRels to engage more with their partners.Track, prioritize, and raise technical issues, bugs and feature requests to our Developer Programs & Tools team, in partnership with Sr. Operations Manager, VP of Developer Relations, and DevRel team leads.Draft playbooks, slides, instructions, and communications to DevRels in collaboration with other program managers as needed.Be responsible for team’s SharePoint, including driving updates from team members and publishing helpful information, processes, and links to enablers and tools.Assist in preparation of KPI and metric reporting.Support operational activities within the larger Developer Relations team including project tracking, process development, and process documentation, and opportunities to streamline day-to-day operations to support the team.What we need to see:Undergraduate degree in computer science / Business or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in a technical or business operations role, including reporting, data analytics5+ years experience with planning or project management or similar, including writing and development of documentation and communications.Very comfortable using Salesforce for dashboards and reportingCollaborating with cross-functional teams to align product delivery timelinesExperience working with Marketing, Engineering, Program teams, and with Sales, Legal, Finance teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsWays to stand out from the crowd:Validated history of driving transformation and process improvement effortsExperience working across remote and global teamsPMP or project management certificateExperience with software development and agile technical teamsUnderstanding and experience around NVIDIA SDKs and HardwareWidely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers, NVIDIA offers highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
