We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Analyst to join our team to partner with and support our Developer Engagement business. You will understand their strategic goals, optimize our Salesforce platform to drive business growth and efficiency, and be responsible for crafting, building, and maintaining strategic solutions while adhering to (and enforcing) best practices and governance. What you'll be doing: Partnering with stakeholders to understand business needs, defining requirements, communicating tradeoffs, proposing solutions, and translating these into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Hands-on customizing, configuring, and developing on the platform, following the Salesforce Well-Architected framework (as well as managing profiles, roles, permissions, and security, and creating custom reports and dashboards). Conducting QA, writing test scripts, and leading UAT. Monitoring and recommending improvements for data quality, integrity, security, governance, and process optimizations via automation. Maintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and changes. What we need to see: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a comparable field. 5+ years of demonstrable experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Developer, or Solution Architect with a comprehensive understanding of Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud (Communities) capabilities. Proficiency in reporting, dashboards, and Flows, including automation best practices. Ability to influence at various levels, drive adoption, and run multiple simultaneous projects. Experience in agile methodology and using JIRA or a similar technology to run sprints. Strong verbal and written communication skills, high EQ, and the ability to establish relationships based on trust. Ways To Stand Out from the Crowd: Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, and/or Experience Cloud Consultant. Solid understanding of Salesforce security and data management standards.
