Nvidia Aerial is an application framework for building high-performance, software-defined, cloud-native Radio Access Network functions over Nvidia GPU/DPU based systems. We are looking for an intern who is talented and self-motivated to join Aerial performance team to collaborate closely on performance enhancements and optimizations. It is our people, some of the brightest in the world, and our company culture make NVIDIA one of the most fun, innovative and dynamic places to work in the world!What you’ll be doing:Work on SW/System performance bottlenecks and optimizations.Work on enhancements of performance dashboard, summarizing key system performance metricsIntegrate performance dashboard with CI/CD framework to enable measuring, monitoring and analyzing performance KPIs with potential report generation capabilities.What we need to see:Pursuing in MS or Phd in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical EngineeringExperience in one or more programming and scripting languages: C/C++, Python, shell scripting.Experience developing system software on linux platforms.Good understanding of computing performance aspects.Understanding of wireless communications or digital signal processing.Experience in building data analysis (knowledge of basic statistics) and visualization tools to summarize large quantities of data.Ways to stand out:Experience building performance dashboards of high-performance applications.Experience in designing and optimizing wireless physical layer timelines.Knowledge of CPU and GPU computing architecture, as well as memory subsystems and I/O interfaces.The hourly rate for our interns is 19 USD - 93 USD. Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.You will also be eligible for Intern benefits.
