As the market leader in data center networking, NVIDIA is seeking an outstanding passionate and innovative Product Manager that can help us grow our newly introduced DOCA Data Center SDK and Framework for NVIDIA BlueField Data Processing Unit (DPU). As a Product Manager, you will be responsible to define software technologies for storage infrastructure in modern data centers running workloads such as AI, deep learning and High Performance Computing (HPC) and expand DOCA to support the future of cloud AI data centers enabling speed of light storage running securely on the fastest networks. This is a fast paced, emerging product line, and successful candidates will be able to move and adapt quickly to changing needs, lead multiple initiatives, engage at all executive levels both inside NVIDIA and with partners, and have a consistent track record of developing new SDKs from the ground up in collaboration with forward-thinking people in engineering, architecture, sales and marketing.What you’ll be doing:Lead product strategy and definition of AI cloud storage stack in DOCABe the voice of the customer and ecosystem partners to cross functional product development teamsIn charge for the product definition from idea to development to go-to-market Strong product sense to scope business requirements, write user-stories and define product software specsLead cross collaboration with other product groups within NVIDIAEstablish product value proposition, positioning and messaging. Train sales & marketing resourcesAnalyze and evaluate complementary and competitive products, technologies and, solutionsWhat we need to seeBachelor or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience in a relevant area.8+ years of storage software experience in technical product management, or similar at a technology company3+ years of System-on-Chip (SoC) software experience in technical product management, or similar at a technology companySound understanding of data center technologies including software defined storage, storage for AI, data reduction, data-at-rest encryption, SmartNICs, DPUs, virtualization, cloud-native, orchestration platforms, service mesh, etc. Knowledge of leading open source projects in the storage space and data center acceleration domains is highly desirableAbility to balance near-term needs and strategic business vision, take care of changes, and adapt to changing prioritiesSelf-starter, with a 'can-do' attitude and ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environmentStrong collaborative and interpersonal skills, specifically a proven track record to guide and influence in a matrix organizationAbility to work with customers to derive requirements, explain the product and supports salesOutstanding communication & presentation abilities and eloquent EnglishWays to stand out from the crowd:Strong background in embedded storage solutions for AI and Deep LearningProven experience in building solutions based on: SPDK, HDFS, Object Storage, CEPHProduct Management in a large global organization, an advantageBackground with CUDA or other NVIDIA software librariesNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
