This role requires an initiative-taking and solution-oriented leader who is passionate about security and thrives within a fast-paced and collaborative work culture. Security is a never-ending journey, and your role will pivot based upon the needs of our team allowing you to engage priority tasks, executive briefs, program management, or other fun security stuff that we manage day to day!What You Will Be Doing:Define a cohesive security-centric product vision by outlining the strategy & roadmap to achieve these goals and lead its execution to completion by driving alignment across teams.Work with partners to understand security challenges and develop solutions that meet the needs of the market. Establish trust with our partners through engagements and successful execution against our commits.Work multi-functionally across our engineering, product, and business teams to develop comprehensive security go to market plans and product positioning coordinated into our larger GPU portfolio.Develop a strong technical understanding of the NVIDIA stack, to proactively identify creative ways to solve technical and security challenges.Benchmark security requirements and capabilities with industry standards and peer organizations.Enable team leadership and collaboration by coaching, mentoring, and facilitating knowledge sharing between teams.What we need to see:Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience.15+ years' demonstrated experience in a similar product or program management roleProven leadership experience coaching and mentoring others and leading success teamsFamiliarity with security industry standards and regulationsExperience with software and security development lifecycle standard processes, e.g. threat modeling, unit testing, incident response, code audit, etc.Track record of owning the launch of new technical or security products or featuresStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsWays to Stand Out From the Crowd:Hands on security or engineering experienceWorking knowledge of data security controls and how they can be implemented within software featuresProven track record of delivering solutions while navigating a fast-paced environment and priority shiftsWe have some of the most forward-thinking and hardworking people in the world working for us.
