This role works closely with recruiters and hiring managers to contribute to developing talent strategy around candidate experience and scheduling.What You'll Do:Support a fast-paced Talent Acquisition department with all interview scheduling, candidate communication & experience initiatives Manage Onboarding process & tasks for new hires; including but not limited to: background check management, I-9 verification, new hire questionsAssist in managing and troubleshooting of our Applicant Tracking System (Workday) & scheduling system (Rooster)Facilitate monthly operations auditing, partner on ad hoc reporting and projectsJuggle multiple projects at once as you will be the go-to person for recruiting assistanceIdentify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiencyWhat You'll Bring: 1+ years of recruiting coordination, administrative or project coordination experienceProfessionalism and positive demeanor with a strong sense of responsibilityExceptional verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to remain calm during crisis and high pressureAbility to overcome challenges and problem solveOur Team:Embedded in the Talent Operations function, you'll partner with a team of seasoned Coordinators & Specialists and support up to ~14 full-time Recruiters who support recruiting efforts across US & CanadaWe are a remote first team and prefer a resource within PST, MST or CST#LI-RemoteBe Human With Us:Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $44,000 USD - $63,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
