In this role you will organize, coordinate, assist in team project management, as well as the overall team operations. We move fast, adapt fast and it's critical to be able to handle ambiguity and competing priorities.Key responsibilities include:Run, prioritize and anticipate your VP's day to day schedule, confirm meetings, enter expenses, and attend to other matters as needed.Book domestic and international travel arrangements (air, hotel, ground travel) including assisting with meeting coordination, and create detailed itineraries for executive travel.Plan and coordinate department events, including the management of all meeting details (preparing agendas, preparing presentations, ordering meals, securing space, and inviting attendees).Interact and communicate with employees at all levels and across the organization, including other Workday executives, and outside vendors.Establish processes to make department interactions more efficient and effective; identify business process improvements and make recommendations as appropriate.Coordinate recreational team activities inside and outside the officeTrack and help drive completion of key tasks and follow up with outstanding items.About YouYou are flexible, reliable and professional, and always display a positive attitude.
