This Product Manager will be passionate about understanding customer needs while maximising opportunities to build upon Time Tracking functionality to support our EMEA customers’ workforces as well as contribute to our product expansion for key strategic markets and industries..Ideally you’ll come with deep product or domain knowledge, have a proven product management background and are comfortable living in customer research and data-driven prioritisation and analysis. In addition to engaging with customers and other stakeholders, You’ll be expected to work hand-in-hand with scrum teams to define, craft and develop the next generation features for Time Tracking solutions. As a team, we operate under one goal of growing our product to be the premier global Time Tracking solution, and we expect this role to play a critical part in that growth story.About YouBasic Qualifications3+ years of product management experience2+ years of product owner experience or working closely with product manager to translate customer and market needs into product deliverables and release support through the entire product life cycleProven ability as a project manager, product manager, business analyst or consultant with specific background in Time Tracking in enterprise applications, where you have experience either writing functional design documents, user stories or creating product solutions.Proven experience synthesising and articulating product needs from multiple sources (users, leaders, competitors, partners, etc.) and putting these at the centre of feature conceptualisation, design, story creation and execution.An excellent collaborator who can convey functional process requirements to software engineers, and represent the product team in cross-team meetings.Highly self-motivated and works well in an unstructured environment, always looking to take on work, and gets great pleasure from helping others understand, coordinate and address their challenges.Strong ability to work well within and across teams to get things accomplished.BS/BA, MS/MA/MBA degree or equivalent work experience.Other QualificationsAn understanding of SaaS Solutions, software product design, UX, and UI, with previous experience building Time Tracking, Workforce Management or Payroll solutions within an Agile environment.Experience with Workday's Time Tracking, Absence Management or Payroll products is highly desirable.A fast and passionate learner who is analytical, detail oriented, decisive, and enjoys fast-paced work environments and above all has interest in the domains of Workforce Management & Payroll.Flexible, reliable, outgoing and has a positive work attitude.Language requirements: English.Location requirement: This is a Dublin, Ireland based position.Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
