We have a genuine passion for product delivery, constant customer feedback, and a penchant for more intuitive customer experiences!About the RoleAs the Sr Associate Software Engineer for Workday’s Productivity Technology team, you will help build a new capability for the team's content authoring platform to add new text generation capabilities, impacting Workday's entire range of products from HCM to Financials. You will be part of an initiative to use emerging technologies around large language models to deliver these capabilities.  This role is an unique opportunity to join a team in its early formative stages and help guide future Architecture, tooling & hiring decisions with the aim to deliver new Enterprise capabilities reaching millions of users. About YouBasic Qualifications:2+ years of professional software development experienceProficiency with Java/Python with a working understanding of UI languages/frameworks (Typescript, Javascript and React )You have multi-disciplinary and multi-language development skills along with public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent fieldsOther Qualifications: Hands-on developer with enthusiasm for team success.Self-starter who can collaborate with like-minded team members in delivering customer value at a high iterative cadence.Desire to work in a highly collaborative, agile, and respectful environment.You love learning new technologies, languages, tools, and you have a passion for building frameworks.Knowledge of one of the following - Front end UI development, Server-side development on public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
