You will work closely with cross functional partners including engineering, design, user experience, customer support, and business line product managers to develop and ship features that will drive customer satisfaction and product adoption. ResponsibilitiesDevelop knowledge of Workday’s product offerings and capabilities in the context of personas that use mobile apps.Develop and demonstrate understanding and experience in product management, specifically in managing the delivery of consumer like mobile experiences.Assist in building the strategy and roadmap to deliver on the business goals for Workday Mobile.Understands the overall Workday product portfolio and customers and can use existing assets to create strategic solutions that drive customer value.Customer empathy, ability to connect with customers effectively, and assist in driving successful implementations.Review and provide constructive feedback on technical aspects of the product.Ability to prioritize features, bugs, and work closely with engineering to manage remediation and release process.Become the Voice of the Customer during product design sessions.Clearly define and communicate product requirements in Confluence and JIRADrive product requirements and development for features that drive adoption and engagement.Analyze data to establish, monitor, and measure success metrics.Communicate effectively and work well with complex multi-disciplinary teams; work collaboratively across all functions of the organization to ensure successful product development and launch.About YouBasic Qualifications 5+ years of post-college work experience in product management, business analysis, or software engineering.Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or related field. Experience partnering well with internal and external stakeholders to create and deploy product, marketing, sales, and delivery strategies.Facilitate customer forums and councils.Engage with customers and build trusted relationships that will shape the mobile product.Experience conducting user research and data-driven experiments to inform product direction.Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced team including highly technical areas. Ability to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously and professionally. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including comfort with communication with senior leadership. Ability to think about problems from different perspectives and leverage data driven analysis to drive roadmap development and prioritization.Technical understanding of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android), mobile architectures, and ability to build and publish reports using Tableau.Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.
