Every team is a proud service owner, responsible for development, quality, and production support.About the RoleAs a Senior Associate Data Analyst, you will be responsible for annotating high-quality customized training data for machine learning models. Your goal is to continuously provide advanced human-in-the-loop learning datasets so that the Product and Engineering teams can build products that deliver high value to our customers. A successful candidate will have a passion for making Workday products better and an eagerness to learn and grow with a team of dedicated Data Analysts, ML Translators, and Data Annotation Specialists. Major Job Responsibilities: Monitor and improve dataset quality through the use of internal data toolsCollaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to identify and tackle sophisticated problems Perform analysis to proactively identify data concerns and conduct research to resolve the best course of correction Provide regular status updates for internal tools and processes to improve product quality Onboard and mentor new hires to ensure successful onboarding and long term career developmentDevelop data annotation documentation standards and processes Work on ad-hoc projects and requests as needed About YouBasic Qualifications: 1 or more years’ experience in data related fieldOther QualificationsAbility to make decisions and solve problems while working with competing prioritiesAbility to show judgement and initiative to accomplish job dutiesBachelor’s Degree or a combination of education and meaningful work experiencePassion for data and quality assuranceExcellent verbal and written communication skills#LI-CG4Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
