Scope:Blue Yonder is seeking a Sr. Manager in Tools Engineering and Operations Dept with in SOC. The primary responsibility is to Implement and manage defensive security tools.Candidate will be directly responsible for handling all operational activities, tasks, and processes to protect Blue Yonder against advanced malware attacks.The candidate will be interacting with internal IT and other organizational units as part of Security Operations Center (SOC)What you’ll do:Extensive experience in the in SIEM, DLP, UBA, IPS, WAF, MDM, EDR, VA, PIM/IAM, Web Security and cloud Security tools/controlsLead/Manage Security Operations Center -Tools and Engineering Team.End to End Planning and implementation of Security Projects for IAM, SIEM, EDR, DLP/WAF, Cloud Security controls.Manage the Entire Security landscape with SIEM, IPS, WAF, DLP, End-Point Detection & response (EDR)Assist in Developing Critical SIEM Use-CasesAssess the environment and identify security gaps. Provide recommended controls for the gaps identified and drive them to closure.Lead Critical Security Incident Management and problem management.Participate in Root Cause Analysis and documentation.Drive and assist in Identity and Access management Program.Automate the repetitive tasks.Service Delivery and Service DesignEnd to End For all the about products candidate is responsible forGovernanceProduct UpgradesAct as a POC for all product issues.Vendor Co-ordinationReview and manage the exceptions.Co-ordinate with Stakeholder to troubleshoot any product related issues. Change Management/ITSMPrepare Playbook/SOPs, Ensure SLA is met.Provide Weekly and Monthly Metrics.Co-ordinate with stakeholders across the departments for successful execution of projectsReview security violation reports and investigates possible security exceptionsHelp SOC Analysts in Investigating security incidents, and other cybersecurity breaches.Coach and Mentor SOC Analysts and EngineersWhat we are looking for: 10+ years of experience in Information Security/SOCStrong expertise in Implementing and Administering Security Tools (SIEM, DLP, UBA, IPS, WAF, MDM, EDR, VA, PIM/IAM, Web Security and cloud Security tools/controls)Sound Knowledge on Active Directory, Exchange/Azure and managing tools like Quest, Azure Security Centre.Good exposure working on multiple OS Windows/Linux and Mac / Active Directory environment.Strong Knowledge on Cloud security controls/concepts (Azure/GCP/AWS.)Ability to work independently and lead projects.Excellent written and oral communication skills and documentation skills.Good understanding of information security concepts (Security Incident Management, Vulnerabilities/Threats/Web Application attacks/IOCs)Certifications such as, CEH, Security+, CCSP, CISM/CISSP and or Any Security Vendor CertificationSANS and ISACA or similar industry associations preferred.Our ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
