Role : Agile Directorlocation : Dallas, TX ( LOCALS only , No Remote, Hybrid- in office presence required)Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to manage the development and execution of cross-functional teams to support the strategic direction of the organization, including how Blue Yonder optimizes development methods to accurately plan and execute overall program missions, manages risks, and recognizes areas for improvement. The Director Agile will track cross-functional team goals to ensure they are met in respect to budget, planning, quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.Director Agile will also be involved in overseeing select strategic initiatives and internal “consulting” projects that are defined to improveBlue Yonder’s internal product operations. These types of activities will cover a range of domains and require flexibility and strong learning capabilities.Success will be dependent upon developing, implementing, and managing processes, procedures, policies, and tools to ensure program goals are achieved, working with Product Development, Product Management, Marketing, Partner Management, Sales, and Customer Success teams.Primary Responsibilities· Implement and oversee management of cross-functional program teams that adhere to organizational objectives.· Manage Agile Methodology program initiatives, processes, tools, policies, and procedures to effectively support the organization’s strategic goals.· Work across geographical teams to ensure timeline, quality and budget are kept in line with the expectations.· Work with Initiative Managers to ensure consistent program delivery for Supply Chain Solutions.· Work with Partner organizations to ensure contingent workers comply with BY methodology.· Lead Blue Yonder to use data-driven management techniques.· Join the effort to optimize BY’s use of Development Tools to support the agile methodology.Experience Required12+ years engineering, scrum master, agile coach, RTE experience.· Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering related field of study.· Experience in Agile Development Methodologies (e.g., scrum, kanban, SAFe).· Proven experience in leading agile development teams.· Experience working in a software product company preferably in Supply chain Solutions· Proven track record of being a change agent.· Successful track record with a leadership role in a large global organization.· Strong interpersonal, team, and client relationship building skills.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly presentation experience to senior levels of management.· Proven track record of driving business change based on metrics and KPIs.· Ability to explain the business and technical value of a solution offering to an audience mix of technical and non-technical customer or partner representatives.· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.· Ability to organize and prioritize work, work independently and with ambiguity, produce deliverables, establish realistic goals and deadlines, and manage changing priorities.·· Experience with machine learning and AI systems.· Excellent knowledge in using various tools like JIRA, Confluence, Aha, Jellyfish.· Implement, and oversee agile transformations that adhere to organizational objectives*LI- SR1-------------------------------------------The salary range for this position is: USD $ 120,800.00 – $ 167,6500.The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.At Blue Yonder, we care about the wellbeing of our employees and those most important to them.
