Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 8+ years developing database driven web applications and high performance application systems Strong skills in RDBMS databases, especially MySQL/PostgreSQL, including schema design Excellent development skills in sophisticated PHP and NodeJS applications Experience using and building RESTful API’s and JSON Experience deploying to high reliability production environments Experience using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Experience re-architecting existing systems to take advantage of new technologies Strong object oriented programming and application design skills Ability to work in a UNIX environment with bash scripting Description Description This position requires a full-stack engineer with strong technical and interpersonal skills to handle responsibilities including: - Taking ownership across all aspects and phases of software development - Participating in architecture and code reviews - Communicating ideas within our team and across teams at Apple - Coordinating with multi-functional partners on integrations points - Highlighting and striving to work around any issues as they arise - Presenting technical ideas and solutions to a group of peers Education & Experience Education & Experience BS, MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience Additional Requirements Additional Requirements Pay & Benefits Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $161,700 and $284,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
