Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering (any) or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. 1 year of experience with each of the following skills is required: Contracts Cost Negotiations Supply Chain Operations Data Analytics Program Management Description Description APPLE INC has the following available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Develop procurement and sourcing strategies, including selection criteria, cost structures, pricing and savings methodologies, building survey questions and evaluating responses. Identify changes in buyer and supplier power within core materials markets and use industry dynamics to Apple’s advantage. Run multiple requests for proposal (RFPs) to consolidate across regions and services. Create forecasting and capacity analysis for suppliers. Build a cost model and establish "market value” for service partners across geographies. Renegotiate and/or initiate new commercial agreements for all suppliers and identify key terms, positions and negotiation strategies as needed. Conduct market analysis of installation suppliers and work with suppliers to negotiate optimal terms for sourcing. Optimize global supply chain performance through cost and scenario analysis and benchmarking. Develop an in-depth understanding of value-added manufacturing processes and costs, reverse logistics, and market intelligence to influence Apple’s future product roadmap and sourcing decisions. Manage global supply chain disruptions in real time with the support of an international team. International Travel Required 10%. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $119,900 - $181,000/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
