Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Economics, Computer Science or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. 1 year of experience with each of the following skills is required: Business case development and executive presentation Product pricing strategy Consumer and market research Insurance structure and legal model Develop GTM and launch playbook Develop omni-channel sales plan Product user experience Description Description APPLE INC has the following available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Develop new service offerings (features) for the device protection and technical support program. Lead the planning, development, implementation and performance measurement of new service offerings (features) to enhance the AppleCare+ program in the Retail channel. Work closely with physical store and digital teams to identify opportunities, develop them into business cases, and pitch them to executives for sponsorship. Once approved, work with project managers, human interface designers and software architects to bring those concepts to market. Work with data science and research teams to evaluate performance and develop a feedback loop into future enhancements. Domestic and International Travel Required 10%. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $188,000 - $282,500/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
