Summary Posted: Dec 5, 2023 Weekly Hours: 40 Role Number: 200526365 The process industrialization group is looking for a process engineer who will support thin-film device integration as we advance unit processes and demonstrate performance on-demand. The ideal candidate shows initiative and can drive projects independently with inputs and guidance from multiple collaborators. A successful engineer needs to be comfortable with constantly evolving priorities and is a thoughtful, nimble, and productive problem solver. A background in analyzing workflows, applying quality assurance methods, establishing critical-to-qualify metrics and statistical process control is necessary. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 3+ years of practical experience in leading engineering projects demonstrating an ability to plan, implement, and communicate to multi-functional audiences Experience working with vendors, domain experts, and multi-functional teams to implement new processes and measurements Implementing quality standards by demonstrating a deep knowledge in quality assurance methods Background in thin-films and/or thin-film device integration Proficient with statistics and data analysis software such as JMP, Minitab, Python, etc. Strong knowledge and application of engineering methodology and quality assurance methods Statistical analysis and formal problem solving tools (SPC, GR&R, DOE, ANOVA, Fishbones, FMEA, RCA, FTA, etc.) Understanding and/or experience with characterization and FA techniques (FTIR, Optical Profilometry, Spectroscopy, XRF) The ideal candidate is biased to action Description Description - Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods
- Implement procedures to inspect, test, and evaluate reliability of equipment, process, and products
- Establish SPC systems and maintain data collection and performance measurements to track performance consistency
- Connect with multi-functional groups regarding schedules, metrics, risk mitigation, and other considerations to facilitate process advancement

The base pay range for this role is between $132,300 and $241,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
