College Intern - System Interaction EngineerDescription -What a College Intern – System Interaction Engineer does at HP:Partnership with the R&D, New Product Introduction (NPI) and Manufacturing teams for both Supplies and Printer organizations to deliver on program deliverables.Conducts System Interaction testing and development to deliver to new programs intended to meet or exceed customer experience.Setup the Customer Returns framework for each NPI programs before transitioning this responsibility to Supplies Manufacturing team.Collaborate with Supplies Quality team to further improve on product quality and address top customer concerns.Deliver on post-MR metrics of NPI before transitioning responsibility to Supplies manufacturing team.Develop and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) applications to streamline test data extraction/analysis.Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:Currently pursuing a Degree in Engineering.Quick learner with strong analytical skills.Demonstrates growth mindset hallmark.Good communication and excellent inter-personal skills.Possesses strong teamwork and ability to collaborate with cross function teams.Passion in hands-on projects.Able to commit to at least 6 months full-time internship.Availability: May onwards (at least 5-6 months).NTU Workstudy: Commences May 2024.Sustainable impact is HP’s commitment to create positive, lasting change for the planet, its people, and our communities.
