Factory Services Procurement Operations ManagerDescription -The Supply Chain Service Delivery (SCSD) team manages and delivers Personal Systems device configuration services with amazing customer experiences.  Within this team, the Factory Services (FS) Procurement team manages the end-to-end presales and planning processes for components that are a part of HP factory services. The successful FS Procurement Operations Manager (FSPOM) applies developed knowledge, experience, and skills to build strong relationships across internal teams and with suppliers, proactively consults with others, promptly resolves issues, manage assigned procurement tasks and projects end to end to deliver them on or ahead of schedule, and effectively represents the team and HP.Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader by providing direction to team activities, facilitating information validation, and leading team decision making processes. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select solutions to problems and opportunities. Ability to handle most unique situations.
