Graduate Business AnalystDescription -Workforce Delivery Services Operations is part of the Customer Support & Services Delivery (CSSD) organization, focused on the governance of our contractual services for Managed Device Services and Managed Print Services portfolio.  We are looking for a recent graduate, junior with no experience, for an initial 1 year temporary contract to collaborate in customized improvement projects and develop and maintain new analytics.  Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships in industry is an advantage (maximum of 8 months of Internship experience).Job DescriptionPerforming detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing.Responsibilities:Understanding business requirements, creating reports, analytics and business intelligenceWorks with Service Delivery Management team to set up and adapt standard reporting, based on business requirements.Provides insight on customer delivery performance via key performance indicatorsIdentifies anomalies in data to enable issue preventionOptimization and standardizationIdentify improvement opportunitiesEducation and Experience Required:Bachelor's or Master's.Degree in Quality Management, Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.Project management and analytical skillsTypically 0-1 years experienceBasic SQL skills, to be able to pull queries from SQL tables and prepare analysisProficient level of excel and ideally PowerBISet up reports according to business requirementsParticipate in projects to simplify and partially automate reportsDrive improvements based on the analysis and business knowledge/understandingBasic understanding of project management Knowledge and Skills:Using data collection and analysis tools and software packages to gather, integrate and analyze data from multiple sources.Strong analytical, statistical and problem solving skills.Understanding of industry quality standards and methodologies.Using empirical and root- cause analysis, modeling, and testing methodologies to identify areas for process improvement.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English.Ability to effectively communicate plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at different levels.Job -ServicesSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Spain)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
