Finance Partner Alliance ManagerDescription -Reporting to the Americas Director of Payment Solutions, the Finance Partner Alliance Manager will work collaboratively with their assigned endorsed Finance Partner(s) and across HP’s cross functional teams to enable profitable growth.What a Finance Partner Alliance Manager does at HP:Responsible for managing overall relationship with Endorsed Finance Partner(s) supporting WS aaS business models and HP direct engagements.Develop relationships with newly Endorsed Finance Partners and support onboarding activities. Cultivate existing relationship where one exists.Deeply understands contracting arrangement between HP and Endorsed Finance Partner(s).Ensure competitiveness against other Endorsed Finance Partners capabilities.Manage internal escalations relating to Finance Partner.  Engage with Integrated Leasing Sales Operations organization in support of process optimization and issue resolution.Advances opportunities that result in profitable revenue growth for HP.Align with Stakeholders and acts as a trusted advisor internally to Sales and Pursuit organizations.Define and manage program KPI's and operational metrics to ensure program performance achieving business objectives.Promotes Finance Partner internally to ensure adoption of value proposition and capabilities. Aligns with Finance Partner Alliance Manager peers to share best practices and ensure consistency across Finance Partner relationships.Identify and implement new capabilities with Endorsed Finance Partner(s) to align with future ready growth and create market differentiation.Leasing and Financing subject matter expert.Support Renew activities.Lead and manage additional projects as identified. Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess: Bachelor level degree (or equivalent experience) in finance, business administration or related field.6+ years of relevant experience within Payment Solutions / Bank Financing/Subscription/Captive environment.Strong knowledge of Payment Solutions and as-a-Service business modelsExperienced at developing relationships and establishing trust.Adept at providing thought leadership in building customer value through payment solutions.Motivated self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team.Superior analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills.Adept at presenting to an executive audience with superior verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and ability to influence at all levels.Excellent project management skills, including project structuring and managing multiple work streams independently.Global experience dealing in complex structures.Tenacious, results-driven and detail-oriented while moving quickly to support urgent requests and independently managing complex project objectives.Sustainable impact is HP’s commitment to create positive, lasting change for the planet, its people, and our communities.
