The WSP Operations team focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience in addition to supporting our delivery & customer success teams.About the RoleWe are looking for a strong, people-first, proactive leader that will build a team of Business Analysts focused on maintaining and enhancing our systems and tools powered by Salesforce. You will bring your experience, energy, and ideas to collaborate with other internal teams and continuously improve our customer experience. You will grow your team by providing mentorship, evaluating performance, and participating in the development of team goals and objectives.
