Your goal is to help your team maximise the long term revenue opportunity with our existing customers. Your team will take responsibility for securing renewals in our existing customers. You will also use your extensive experience and consultative selling skills to manage and grow relationships with our valued existing customers, ensuring that they receive an excellent engagement experience during the up-sell and renewal process. You will lead a team of hardworking, enthusiastic and motivated people who want to be part of one of the most innovative and exciting cloud companies in the world. In this role, you will:Be a key leader passionate about driving new business for Workday within the existing customer base in Denmark and FinlandLead a team focused on driving complex sales cycles through orchestrating internal teams of pre-sales, value management, bid management, inside sales, marketing and sales supportUse your experience to lead, coach and mentor a field sales team for your assigned territory Employ  effective selling strategies to successfully position Workday as a viable cloud partner of choice to alternative to legacy ERP solutionsReporting into the head of Customer Base in Nordics.About YouBasic Qualifications:12+ years of field sales & management experience at a SaaS company, ideally passionate about working with upselling/renewals within an existing customer base.Experience selling cloud/ SaaS/ ERP solutionsExperience in encouraging collaborations and alliancesExperience leading complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue/quota attainmentExperience as a leader in a successful team selling environmentExperience addressing C-level customers with a valueExperience of value based selling.Other QualificationsUnderstanding of the strategic competitive landscape by staying up to date with trends and customer needs so you can optimally position Workday solutions within accountsValidated experience of pulling together departments or business units to improve on salesExperience maintaining accurate forecasting data and business modeling for senior leadershipSelf-starter attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic environmentConsultative Selling skillsStrong negotiation skillsFluent English and either Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or FinnishOur Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
