Workday is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to join our diverse team. In this individual contributor role, you will be leading security programs that drive critical improvements across Workday's product infrastructure using industry standard processes and Agile/Scrum methodologies.This is a pivotal role in improving Workday's security posture. Responsible for end-to-end management of programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. This role requires a strategic problem solver with a deep understanding of security frameworks, and a proven track record of optimally leading sophisticated programs.Collaborating with sponsors, engineers, architects and program managers from engineering and development teams to analyze and define the technical needs of projects and drive the requirements through the design phase. Responsible for the management and delivery of enterprise wide programs. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
