This role will be directly responsible for overseeing the Global Product Marketing organization, crafting and driving end-to-end go-to-market strategy for all WP Engine product lines. What’s cool about this job The Sr. Director of Product Marketing will be deeply involved in defining, driving and reporting on product line performance. The leader will also draft and drive the product value proposition and messaging across channels. This leader will be responsible for developing strong internal partnerships with product, sales, and marketing leadership for product strategy. This role requires a deep level of understanding and empathy for our customers, their needs, and their pain points—the end-to-end product communication must lead with a combination of empathy and value for our customers. The estimated base salary range for this position is as listed above. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Our salary ranges are determined by job role and responsibilities and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for salaries for the position nationwide. The actual base pay will vary based on various factors including job-related skills and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
