WHY BOX NEEDS YOU  As a Sales Development Representative, you'll partner and collaborate closely with our Account Executives and Marketing department to ensure leads are moved appropriately throughout our teams in order to continue winning great clients. Our SDRs are the front line of the company, and we'll provide you with the tools, training, and excellent mentorship/leadership needed as you work with companies in determining pain points and how Box can best help to solve their problems.   WHAT YOU'LL DO  Act as the first point of contact for new customers covering our sales line and sales chat Respond to inbound inquiries through calls, emails, or marketing campaigns in order to generate opportunities Build relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds to engage them further in conversations about Box solutions Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs effectively communicate how Box can address them Consistently achieve quota targets for territory revenue growth objectives Use Salesforce system according to Box's standards while providing metrics on leads Occasionally close deals yourself with smaller organisations   WHO YOU ARE  Team-centric mindset - demonstrated ability working well in a collaborative environment Excellent time management skills Strong relationship-building abilities Excellent phone presence and ability to qualify customer leads Four-year degree OR equivalent professional experience   Preferred Experience: Proficiency in French or German Previous experience in a lead generation role or sales Customer-facing experience combined with strong problem-solving skills Track record of success in a performance-driven role focused on meeting specific metrics   Head-over-heels about this role — but not sure you meet all the requirements?
