As a product marketing manger for core apps and collaboration at Box, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our collaboration product marketing strategy. You will join a team responsible for positioning our products to our target audience, driving demand, and helping our customers understand the value and benefits of our solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, campaigns, release management, sales, customer success, and enablement to drive growth across the board from product inception to go-to-market. WHAT YOU'LL DO Build a deep understanding of Box, our core apps (i.e. mobile, web, and desktop apps), and how they help our customers power collaboration and productivity Develop clear, compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target customers and users, addressing their pain points and needs Research customer and user journeys, and align key messages to target audiences within those journeys, especially when executing adoption plays Collaborate closely with product, campaigns, and enablement teams to build impactful cross-functional programs that align with go-to-market initiatives Drive product launches, go-to-market initiatives, and customer education and adoption across Box’s core apps and collaboration capabilities Develop high-impact marketing collateral, including product demos, webinars, whitepapers, presentations, case studies, and in-product tool tips Conduct market research and gather feedback to refine product positioning, build out messaging, and inform product development decisions Be a subject matter expert and drive internal enablement on Box core apps and all things collaboration scaling your knowledge across Box WHO YOU ARE 3+ years in SaaS B2B or B2B2C product marketing or other relevant experience; understanding of enterprise sales cycle and adoption motions Bias for action and ability to execute quickly, juggling multiple deliverables across teams Strong business intuition: understanding of what keeps executives up at night  Outstanding written and verbal communicator: you know how to get the message across to decision makers, admins, and end users Passion for a test and learn approach to decision-making, including analyzing data and being comfortable iterating Strong desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges Head-over-heels about this role — but not sure you meet all the requirements?
