HopSkipDrive ’s mission is to create opportunity for all through mobility. Our innovative, supplemental school transportation solutions are used by over 400 school districts, charter schools, nonprofits, government agencies, as well as busy families to safely and reliably get kids where they need to go.
Student transportation is the largest mass transit system in the U.S. The way kids get to and from school has a direct impact on our kids, families, schools and communities. While school districts spend $28 billion annually on transportation, only 30% of kids get to school on a bus. The current system can no longer meet all the transportation needs of our districts, schools and families — and its shortcomings are causing inequities in educational access that are affecting the welfare of millions of kids each day.
HopSkipDrive is taking a different approach to arranging safe, reliable school transportation that meets needs that aren’t being addressed by the current system, helping to fill gaps and supplement the student transportation options available. We create personalized transportation solutions for the one to the many, and everything in between.

Who you are
As a Manager, Growth, you will report directly to our SVP, Head of Growth and drive a wide range of initiatives that accelerate the growth of our company. Our collective mission will be to bring the right products to the right customers in the right way and power 10x+ revenue growth over the coming years. You will become the expert on new and existing product adoption, customer journeys and bottlenecks to growth, working with cross-functional partners - from product management to sales to marketing to customer experience - to identify “unlocks” and planning the initiatives to realize them.
What you’ll do
Drive the growth of our existing products
Become the expert on the end-to-end journey of our customers
Keep your finger on the pulse of product performance and use data to drive insights into adoption successes and challenges
Gather and synthesize product feedback from customers and team members
Design and initiate creative, high-leverage initiatives to unlock broader and deeper adoption of existing products - across sales, marketing, product and client success.
Become the expert in the funding streams available to public agencies for our products and empower our sales and marketing teams to educate clients
Follow ecosystem trends closely, synthesize impact on strategy, and initiate campaigns to keep HopSkipDrive top of mind for our users
Support the development and launch of new products
Facilitate cross-functional conversations to design, launch and evaluate pilots testing new potential products
Participate in the development of investment cases for new products that expand our offerings and drive the future of our growth - quantifying costs and expected return, documenting risks, etc.
Support the design of the end-to-end customer experience for new products
Collaborate with sales and marketing on product launch
“Wear the hat that needs a head” to drive 10x growth over the coming years
What we’re looking for

A+ player looking to build a challenging and rewarding career
3-5+ years experience driving superior results in highly analytical and strategic roles within fast-paced business environments. Management consulting or similar preferred
Advanced Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides required; intermediate or better proficiency in a broader set of data analysis and visualization tools preferred (e.g. SQL, Tableau)
Intellectual curiosity and a love of learning
Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities and switch quickly between divergent workflows
An entrepreneurial mindset: no job is too big or too small for you and you are comfortable with the ambiguity of “building the plane while flying it.”
Thrive on solving challenging problems; not afraid to challenge the status quo
Ability to translate the needs of non-technical stakeholders into detailed technical requirements and communicate the results clearly in “layman's terms”

HopSkipDrive is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $100,000-115,000 a year. This compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location. The total compensation package for this role also includes equity stock options.
