Working collaboratively with Alliance Managers, you'll take charge of helping drive Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives, fostering seamless collaboration with the Sales organization, and aligning closely with the Field Marketing teams. As a Partner Coordinator, you will be responsible for: Planning and coordinating Partner Enablement and Appreciation Events – collaborating with ecosystem partners, venues, and third-party resources, as needed. Ensuring data integrity and quality across the partner CRM, from campaign management to asset tracking and attribution. Supporting partnership program operations through analytics, process improvements, and logistical coordination. Collaborating cross-functionally to establish, launch, and grow new partnerships. Contributing to and executing partnership strategies directed by senior leadership. Handling ad hoc projects and reporting as needed. Additional Responsibilities: Assisting Partner Managers in joint go-to-market initiatives and collaborating with Sales organization and Field Marketing teams. Assisting in Partner Onboarding and acting as an Administrator for Partner portals. Facilitating internal Partner Bi-Weekly Newsletters. Supporting SWAG and Partner gifting initiatives. Creating Partner Program How-To assets and promotional SPIFF collateral. Handling partner invoicing.  Supporting quarterly SPIFF fulfillments.  Collaborating with the Field Marketing/Strategic Events team on select Partner-Sponsored opportunities. Creating landing pages for larger-scale programs & events. Managing logistics for internal Partner Team offsites. Qualifications: Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment Familiarity with Asana, Splash, Hubspot and Salesforce is preferred Partnership and co-selling experience is preferred Additional Job details The base salary range for this position is $75k - $85k annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work at Sigma Computing. This role is eligible for a variable pay (based on goal achievement), stock options, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.   Note: The world around us is changing, but we at Sigma Computing are growing and scaling.
