The team Our Product team collaborates with teams across Dialpad to deliver on our vision of transforming the way businesses communicate and collaborate. We are seeking an experienced, highly detail-oriented Project Manager to join Dialpad and assist our Product Managers in the development and delivery of new products and features across the product portfolio.   Who you are You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are executed and delivered effectively and efficiently, working closely with our Product Managers and facilitating cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Marketing and Support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and may also bring program management skills to handle more complex projects with cross-dependencies. What You'll Do Manage the development and delivery of new product features, ensuring accurate and up-to-date project data across all relevant platforms and systems. Implement and maintain effective data tracking mechanisms. Lead and coordinate efforts across diverse teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner. Demonstrate a meticulous eye for detail in all aspects of project management. Identify and address potential issues or inconsistencies in project data. Develop and implement program management best practices. Optimize practices and processes to support ongoing cross-functional communication. Skills you’ll bring 4+ years of experience in similar rolesin project management with a strong emphasis on data accuracy. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Business Administration, etc.) or equivalent practical experience. Program Management experience with more complex projects with multiple cross-functional dependencies. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in program management with a demonstrated ability to handle complex projects in a SaaS company.  Familiarity with tools and methodologies related to project and program management. Proven track record of successfully managing projects within a Product organization.
