And this is how ideas and people grow.  As Partner management and SPOS you will be part of the CSSD (Customer Support & Services Delivery) CCC (Customer Care Center) organization. Our organization manages partner relationships for the network of delivery partners customer care centers over all the Globe. Objectives of the organization are to provide superior customer experience, rapidly adopt digital and automation, drive Services Revenue Growth and Sustainability.  We have the mission to support Delivery partner CCC on 3 pillars: Development & Management of CC partners to achieve a streamlined footprint, operational consistency and resilience while improving customer experience. Lead partners to propose and adopt the latest technologies to ensure effortless customer experience, simplified agent journey and cost optimization. Adopt New workforce models: Crowdsourcing and Working from home enablement for outsource workforce. Define Ops excellence on work from home setup.  Your mission will be to enable our partners End to end, so that they are able to provide the support and we cover our contractual boundaries from all perspectives.   Job scope/summary/ mission:   As Enablement lead will manage different tasks that will include, but will not be limited to: business analytics, financial reporting and tools accesses setup.  Main tasks / responsibilities: Generate reports that are visible and usable internally and externally to support management of Partner operations. Follows up on partner financials by validating Purchase order funding, partner invoices review and output reporting to different market finance leads. Manages tool accesses so partners can interact with all necessary tools in the HP environment. Acts as linkage with Finance and Reporting teams.   Key success factors  No partner downtimes on tools accesses & reports Invoice approval and payment according to HP guidelines   Technical skills:  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Process Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent diploma or experience Familiar with HP Customer Care Center support environment. Good understanding of current setup, Operations and processes. Proven ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural, diverse, virtual global team.   Must have strong analytical skills. Database managing knowledge: SQL and Power BI knowledge are required.
