As a  Business System Architect,  you will develop the business system architecture to support scaling of our operations, as well as assist in implementing and maintaining them.   What will you do: Develop and maintain a strategic system architecture that aligns with the organization's business goals and objectives.  Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions. Design and implement integrations between various systems, with a strong focus on Netsuite and Salesforce. Customize and configure Netsuite and Salesforce to meet specific business needs, including workflow automation and data modeling. Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications. Ensure the security and compliance of the system architecture, including data protection and access control. Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and issues. Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to implement and support system components. Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements, while minimizing disruption to business operations. Provide training and support to end-users and assist in troubleshooting system-related issues. Lead or participate in cross-functional projects related to system enhancements, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to improve system efficiency and effectiveness. The U.S. annual base salary range for this full-time position is between $120,000 and $150,000 USD per year.
