The Role
We are looking for an experienced researcher to join our Talent Science team and Skills Evaluation Lab . You will:
Act as a strategic partner and SME in talent assessment and learning and development to external client stakeholders
Partner with sales and customer success in pre- and post-sale conversations to ensure clients are set up for success
Partner with account team and client stakeholders to identify and clarify client pain points and implement solutions with IO best practices and scalability in mind
Collaborate closely with other IOs on the Talent Science team to continuously improve and develop CodeSignal solutions
Facilitate job analyses, data analyses, and/or validation studies and partner with customers to present and strategically leverage results

Day-to-Day
Act as a strategic partner and SME in talent assessment and learning and development to both internal and external stakeholders, recommending best practices
Effectively communicate the IO principles behind CodeSignal solutions to prospects and customers
Plan, execute, and present results on projects that support and enhance clients’ adoption of CodeSignal solutions (e.g., job analyses, adverse impact analyses, validation studies)
Provide thought leadership on various assessment and selection topics through written and verbal mediums (e.g., blog posts and conference presentations)
Basic Qualifications
Master's degree in I-O Psychology or closely related field (e.g., applied psychology, organizational behavior, human resource management) or professional designations (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
Experienced in communicating (written and verbal) technical information to non-technical audiences
Proven experience providing thought leadership and consultation to educate and influence key stakeholders
Familiarity with legal and regulatory guidelines around employee selection processes
Adaptable, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in leading complex research projects with multiple stakeholders from beginning to end
Experience demonstrating the down-stream business impact of research recommendations (i.e., be able to understand the impact of research designs)
Familiarity with the Talent Assessment industry
Experience in developing and evaluating training, learning, and development programs or products
Ph.D. in I-O Psychology or a closely related field

In accordance with local regulations in jurisdictions where CodeSignal may hire, we are projecting an annual base salary in the range of USD $90,000 - $150,000. This range is based on San Francisco benchmarks and encompasses all seniority levels eligible for this position. Offer packages often contain additional compensation in the form of commission or performance bonuses, equity, and/or benefits. Offers are awarded on an individual basis and are subject to factors such as, without limitation, a candidate’s level of experience, growth trajectory, and local labor market. Employees' compensation is reviewed and adjusted regularly.
