And in the next few years, it will transform every industry.As a critical hire in our global IT PMO team, you will work on product program alignment initiatives, managing product and program roadmaps in partnership with the product and portfolio management teams, Agile project management, assist with IT comms and Change management strategies for critical projects and programs. In partnership with senior IT leaders, you will be responsible for global execution of your programs, ensuring consistency and timely execution in line with our PMO processes. Inspect and assess programs’ health; provide input for corrections needed or help raise up issues for quick resolution.What you'll be doing:Work with Product management team in establishing product roadmaps and aligning them with program execution roadmaps.Maintain and manage program execution roadmaps along with portfolio mgrs., identify and track multi-functional dependencies.Help teams with Agile execution methodologies.Work with project owners to identify project scope, define success criteria, build and manage project budget, and outline resource requirements.Break down plans into digestible parts and lead the team throughout the lifecycle of the demand including release support.Communicate with stakeholders regularly to manage expectations and to provide project updates on scope, budget, and velocity.Involve project steering committee for guidance and key decisions.Collaborate with different teams to provide communications support to document and publish their Top 5s.What we need to see:Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other related technical discipline or equivalent experience.At least 1-2 years of product management and/or project management space.Proven track record of delivering solutions when needed, while navigating a fast-paced environment with frequent shift in priorities.Strong communication skills both written and verbal/presentations. Ability to bridge from high-level objectives to project details and vice-versa.Ability to engage with IT & business leaders to unblock/advance projects as needed.Ability to thrive within an agile framework.Willingness to work with distributed team members across different time zones.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
