Administration Specialist

The position is full-time and mostly on-site work. The role will suit someone who thrives with constantly evolving priorities and challenges. If you said yes, apply to be our Office Manager’s right hand/working partner and get going!What you will be doing:Day-to-day contact for facilities issues, reporting and trackingLiaising with third party facilities contractorsAssisting Finance with queries and sending invoices for paymentProcessing shipping requestsOffice’s internal communication and coordinating/assisting with site eventsContact person for the company’s charity programAssisting with new hire orientationContributing to global projects in partnership with NVIDIA HQ and EMEA officesWhat we need to see:2-4 years of meaningful work experienceRelevant degree education would be beneficial however not required.Proficient Finnish and English is required.Outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing.Excellent Microsoft Office skills and high affinity for IT.A strong sense of urgency and ownership.A high level of confidentiality.Outstanding communication skills with a strong capability for emotional intelligenceNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers!
