As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will help us scale and improve our delivery of both online and classroom learning content. Your role will be primarily focused on collaborating with internal subject-matter experts (SMEs) to develop learning materials supporting training needs. We welcome talented, committed and creative individuals as we evolve our learning function to support our expanding business.What you'll be doing:Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop content and craft/edit learning material to support business needs. Analyze, update, and refine existing training content.Create assets such as infographics and presentations to promote workshops and learning resources.Partner with our various learning vendors to drive enhancements to content/platforms and maximize return on (learning) investment.Support internal learning partners and learning champions to help deliver a high-quality learner experience.Evaluate, curate, implement, and promote new content offerings.Generate awareness, facilitate adoption, and achieve team/org learning objectives of learning resources.Provide in-class support, facilitate general presentations, and participate in employee learning events as neededWhat we need to see:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience of coursework and experience 3+ years experience in a Learning and Development position, or similar.Proficiency in PowerPoint, Articulate360 Storyline, and/or other authoring toolsProven creativity developing materials in a variety of formats including e-learning, Powerpoint slides, participant guides, facilitator guides, handouts, activity directions, etc.Knowledge of principles and methods for adult learning, training design, instruction, and the measurement of training effectivenessDemonstrated project management skills with the ability to plan, identify, coordinate, collaborate, and track critical activities, milestones, and deliverables.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information effectively to a variety of audiences. Ways to stand out from the crowd:Demonstrate competence in video editing with familiarity in industry-standard video editing software, including the suite of Adobe Create Cloud.A passion for learning that has translated into a thoughtful and consultative service-orientated approach towards your internal and external learning partners.Experience balancing multiple stakeholder groups within a dynamic enterprise environment. Track record of quick learning, creative problem-solving and collaborative partnerships. Self-motivated and results-oriented; a ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to learn.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize / problem solve in an often-evolving environment.The base salary range is 96,000 USD - 149,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
