This individual will collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to create technical training for different modalities including ILT/VILT, e-learning, and videos.Core Responsibilities:Write high-quality technical content after conducting thorough research, supported by subject matter experts Design well-structured, engaging courses about Genesys software products and solutions for our customers, channel partners, and employees Seamlessly collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, developers, and technical instructors) working at different locations and time zonesWork independently to deliver content on schedule, recognizing the need to have flexible hours to accommodate team members in multiple time zonesPerform thorough reviews of your work and those of your peers Track and report errors for process and performance improvementMust Haves:Excellent English communication skills to communicate with a global teamMinimum four years of experience in a writing-focused roleA Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or a technical disciplineAbility to understand technical concepts and produce content in a simple, clear, and concise manner that global audiences can easily understandRazor-sharp attention to detailExceptional editing and proofreading skills to ensure text is well-written, logically structured, and adheres to our style guideKnowledge of industry style rules (Microsoft Style)Enthusiasm to learn more about customer experience and contact-center solutionsPreferred Skills:Experience with recording screencasts or similar video contentExperience with Articulate Rise and Adobe InDesign Experience with instructional designIf a Genesys employee referred you, please use the link they sent you to apply.About Genesys:Every year, Genesys orchestrates billions of remarkable customer experiences for organizations in more than 100 countries.
