Project Manager - Factory ServicesDescription -The Supply Chain Services Delivery (SCSD) team manages and delivers Personal Systems device configuration services with amazing customer experiences. The Factory Services Project Manager (FSPM) manages the end-to-end customer projects that ultimately deliver customized devices to our business customers. The FSPM engages with HP account/sales teams and our end customers, supply chain teams, and factory teams to successfully manage and deliver factory services projects on schedule and with amazing experiences. The successful FSPM applies advanced subject matter knowledge to build relationships, proactively consult and gather insights, effectively manage projects and other teams we depend upon, develop new ideas and solutions, help grow the business, and effectively represent the organization.ResponsibilitiesManage consultative customer engagements with deep curiosity to deliver factory services and customer solutioningBuild strong relationships and engagements that identify actionable insights for proposals to evolve and improve the teamProactively engage with other teams to successfully manage customer projects on schedule that exceed customer requirementsBuild partnerships with and manage activities of supporting teams to ensure completion of projects on or ahead of scheduleProactively communicate project status and manage issues/escalations to resolution and preventionHelp identify innovation through deep curiosity, customer insights, and creative customer solutioningSupport and help drive data analyses to develop insights that help evolve service offerings & solutioning and improve efficienciesEducation and Experience RequiredBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalentPMP/PMI certification preferredTypically 6-10 years of experienceKnowledge and SkillsSuccessful program/project management experiences involving multiple end user customers with a high sense of urgencyProficient use of and experience with project planning software and tools to create, manage, and track project resultsDemonstrated supply chain function and/or service delivery business experience managing all aspects of programs, including communicating with customers and stakeholders and working with matrixed teams and resourcesData driven, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in EnglishAbility to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at customer, partner and senior management levelsDemonstrate growth mindset, agility, drive, and reinvention of the way we think, work, and serve customersImpact/ScopeCollaborates with peers, junior and senior engineers and program managers, technicians, external and internal manufacturing and design partners, and end user business customersTypically interacts with high- level Individual Contributors, Managers, Directors and Program Core TeamsLeads multiple projects requiring manufacturing engineering developmentDrives design innovationLeads multiple projects requiring product development, engineering development, manufacturing setup, and service delivery#LI-POSTJob -EngineeringSchedule -Full timeShift -First Shift (Mexico)Travel -Not SpecifiedRelocation -NoEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
