You will work with the People consultant and Benefits team on current projects and new initiatives in France. This position offers an outstanding opportunity to learn, develop and grow their capability within an exciting and high growth company.About the RoleResponsibilitiesWork closely with HR operations team members based in  Dublin, Ireland to support employee and manager-generated requests.Support our Benefit partner on deployment of new benefits and administration of existing benefits such as sick leave  cases and income protection claims ,yearly profit sharing activities and retirement savings plan. Support working time activities & program around time tracking, holidays management, etc Work closely with the People consultant and compliance team on legal requirements Assist the People Consultant on workers council management Collaborate on ad-hoc projects, reporting and tasks as required with cross-functional HR teamsAssist in the organization and maintenance of HR files and folders, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and organized in compliance with company policies and legal requirementsAbout YouWhat you need to succeedBac+2  or Bac +3  (Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is a plus) you are currently preparing a Degree (Licence) OR a Master Degree. This apprenticeship is for a minimum of 1 year or 2 years depending on the diploma you are working towards. Organizational skills with attention to detailInterest in HR and desire to learn and grow in this fieldBasic knowledge of HR and employment law Team player and ability to work in an international environmentSpeak French fluently as well as EnglishExcellent communication skills both written and verbalProficiency in Microsoft office suite Display the highest commitment to customer service and maintaining a best in class employee experienceOur Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
